I am Nyongesa Michael Owen, a Civil Engineering Diploma graduate based in Nairobi. My training covers structural analysis, engineering surveying, construction materials, hydraulics and site management — grounded in Kenyan infrastructure realities and standards.
During my KeRRA (Kenya Rural Roads Authority) attachment, I worked directly on rural road rehabilitation projects — handling concrete cube testing, GPS rover surveys, culvert works and asphalt paving inspection. My site reports were commended by supervising engineers, a highlight I carry with pride.
I also attended Big 5 Construct Kenya 2025, connecting with professionals at the country's leading construction industry exhibition. I bring a cross-disciplinary edge — alongside CE, I have strong digital and technical documentation skills — making me effective in modern, data-driven project environments.
